If I could do this project over again, I would have asked for more hands on attention during the build. I would have asked for more demo rather than sending issues and receiving a fixed response. I’d like to have seen how things were getting fixed as well.
Another lesson learned is that it is necessary to use a partner when implementing. They are so knowledgeable on the projects and systems.
