What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
The only lesson learned during our implementation is to go with your gut on how you feel about the team you are partnered with. We started out with a different implementation team and then were switched halfway through to HRchitect. This was disappointing at first because we had already spent so much time with the first team, however, Jasmine and Rajib were a blessing in disguise. We would have never met our go-live date without them. They stepped right in and pretty much had to revamp our whole setup because it was not done correctly with the first team. I can’t say enough about Jasmine for spending countless hours day and night with me to make sure we did not push our go-live date.
