Every time I need them they are there to talk through the needs, understand the end result and provide best practice advice along the way.
In these cases Christine Richards has provided a lot of knowledge around building our coefficient ot functionality including helping me make sure we are in compliance with federal and state regulations
Susan Finley helped with an urgent BI need and though she gave me a reasonable 2-week estimate, she really did it in a couple of days
Stacey Wolf has helped me with UTM questions and programming when it came to attendance points, setting us up for more automation around pto requests, etc.
