What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
One lesson learned is that at the beginning of the partnership, there was a lot of turnover in resources. Therefore, when new resources came in, they did not have the full background. As a result, there were some missed opportunities in making our end user experience successful. Once the resources were stable the end users were a bit more confident in the potential outcome of the project/s.
The other lesson learned is that since there is not a lot of insight into calendars, I have to continually ask for availability. For agile project management, it requires schedules to be more fluid to support the ongoing build, fixes, testing, etc…
