A lesson I would provide to others working with CORE HCM is to have all of the questions and open items ready for each meeting so that they can get as much as they can while working with the consultant. Brian has extensive knowledge of UKG, and having everything ready will make the most of their time. Also, take notes. Brian has great advice and small tips and tricks that will help a lot when the project is over and being able to reference back is important.
