What would fall under the “Lessons Learned” criteria for us would be to always make sure the data you are using and preparing for the system uploads is accurate and complete. The EPI-USE consultants will always help and support but at the end of the day the customer is the owner of the data and is the one that needs to make sure everything is ready for Go Live!
