We are glad that we planned ahead for a 9-month implementation of Dayforce for core HR, payroll and talent modules. The only thing we did not implement is applicant tracking. We chose to use Dayforce consultants to implement each core and talent module. HRchitect supported us with a client-side consultant who has worked with us across all modules. If I were to have done it differently, I would have possibly considered using all HRchitect consultants for module configurations instead. We have been very thankful to have their support throughout this project.
