Working with SAP- Ask lots of questions during the demo. What you see in the demo doesn’t all come as standard. The preferred Care package is poor with below standard feedback and escalation mechanisms and consultants who don’t understand our bespoke configuration.
Working with Epi-Use. – Some consultants are less customer/solution focused than others but the Head of Consulting is highly responsive and overall the team are very focused on helping us to achieve our objectives. We would recommend highly as have built a great relationship over time.
