Lessons learned –
It was important for us to have a partner that really understood HR and could help us apply our business processes to what Oracle HCM could do for us. Rebecca Magistad had previous experience in practical HR and could really relate to our Firm and the issues we had. Be in constant contact with your SI and deal with any issues right away. We always asked for options.
