We needed help with closing out the year-end and issuing T4s in Dayforce, a system that we acquired through an amalgamation, but no one in our Payroll team had Dayforce experience. In addition to the original project scope, in hindsight we should have included running of reports to help us with final filings needed outside of the T4s. Red Pill Labs were great in answering our questions and quickly helped up with accessing the necessary files.
