Software – make sure to know all the details on how the software functions. Need more indepth details when presenting the software to a copy who is looking to change or upgrade. This way when the project gets started the company totally knows what they are in for with programming and functionality.
Business Partners – used them for upgrade from green screen Kronos to WFC then changing to UKG Pro. They were very helpful in understanding the system and programming. We seem to be constantly changing our system, and they are always there to help with the changes. We are currently working with them now on making a few changes to our system. If I have an issue over the weekend/holiday and I email them, I usually get a response in a very short time.
