We got off to a slower start with UKG as we had some personnel changes shortly after the project began. Tyler was great and knowledgeable about the product. I do think we initially understood some pieces to work differently than what actually occurs. I would just encourage others to ask specific questions and possibly even document the answers, because at times we felt we were sold one thing about the product and then the capability wasn’t actually there.
