The vendor team assigned did not meet our expectations adn was transitioned, We would not have made it through this project without the guidance and assistance of the support team from HyBridge.
Lessons Learned – Review the SOW in detail and confirm everything needed is included – Project was supposed to be a New Implementation and no matter what was written or reviewed we were treated as a lift and shift, which makes no sense considering UKG Pro HR is a completely new system. Kronos timekeeping took precedence and we were pushed into making quick decisions and no testing was done.
Ensure you have a test environment for both systems.
