Working with the Ascend team has been a great experience. With any large-scale implementation, there will be challenges along the way. I feel that we navigated those challenges very effectively. The team assembled was very good and was responsive to my needs. Denise and her group with Client Side Services were fantastic, there is no way I would’ve hit our go-live date without their support.
