For some of the issues that arose, nothing game-changing, good idea to reinforce the needs way ahead of time and the “expectations” to those needs. There is always going to be something missed, trick is to do as much of a deep dive with your stakeholders to try to uncover as much as possible. The project went smoothly, with no major bumps. Our technology partner was fantastic.
