I highly recommend working with RSM/Randi Osborn for Document Manager implementations. She has gone through this implementation before and provided so much valuable knowledge and suggestions plus was able to explain in detail what to expect. I feel that Randi is more of a subject matter expert than the person assigned by UKG. We have relied heavily on Randi and she has been a huge help every step of the way.
