Benefits Configuration – Feedback would be to slow down and ask questions because we don’t know the impact of a configuration on future benefit changes; we had an issue this year because of the way last year was configured, which should have been caught before open enrollment.
Overall, PTS has been a great partner for optimization, configuration, and implementation.
