The implementation team we had with UKG was very helpful, so it felt like having Ascend and UKG on all of the weekly meetings was duplication. I would utlize Ascend more for one off situations, problem solving, and training. Lynette and Ascend taught me how to build out UKG Pro Security Roles, Work Flows ect. This was extremely valuable.
