The partner, PAYTECH is great and Mr. Mills was an excellent resource. I was not assigned Mr. Mills until the last 3 weeks of the scope of work, and unfortunately we had a challenging experience prior to that. It is unfortunate we could not have Mr. Mills before as he was knowledgeable, responsive, very professional and extremely accommodating to our needs!
