SCOPING ACCURACY:

Slight change in team
What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
Through unforeseen circumstances and changes within the business it took us a bit longer to validate an configuration changes done by the partner to help us optimize and enhancement our process. They were patient, flexible and was able to immediately pivot. I think as a lesson learned for us, if our business is unable to complete or commit to any configuration changes for approval that we pivot and place the project on hold and move on to other request. Our internal delayed held the process and used up time that we could have moved towards something else.
