some of the team was true consultant and very knowledgeable and helpful. They were very engaged and truly partnered with us and stepped in to supplement and pick up on what needed to be done and get it done. These people were very responsive and helpful. Then there were others involved did not seem as engaged and expected us to do all the work we contracted them to do and we felt we had to spoon feed and there was no perceived consultative support. These others were often unavailable and not responsive.
