What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
I was amazed about the speed of implementation, every week you see progress, every iteration you see, test your solution on the go.
The “change management” aspect is far more difficult and takes more time. Communicate heavily from the from the beginning, engage, engage, engage people … from 10 at the start we engaged actively over 150 closer to launch time.
Your HR process owners needs to be clear about their process, have those discussion prior implementation or allocate time in your project if it was not done.
