SCOPING ACCURACY:

Was the implementation team who actually performed the work the same team that was proposed?
Slight change in team
What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
Having worked with many implementation partners, we have found TalenTeam to be more effective than most. They have shown themselves to be flexible and responsive. They are not tied up in processes and try to help find solutions where they can.
Learnings on implementing the Success Factors LMS module would be to ensure you look at your entire data structure and architecture when implementing Learning to ensure that you can allocate and report on training easily. If you are considering Onboarding, then think about this from the start of the project so that you don’t need to reinvent processes. Make sure partner takes your future plans into consideration when configuring.
