We would have benefited from a solution design/functional spec based on the baseline requirements prior to development starting. There were a couple of must have requirements that couldn’t be delivered due to product limitations that didn’t come to light until towards the end of the project. It would have been beneficial to have had this assessment of feasibility at the requirements review stage.
