SCOPING ACCURACY:
How well did your implementation partner scope the work and understand your needs during the pre-sales process?
Partner scoped and quoted the work well, but our needs changed during implementation
Was the implementation team who actually performed the work the same team that was proposed?
Slight change in team
What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
Involvement of Vision would have benefited us during the design stage of the project as with their Local Government knowledge they could have challenged decisions made on what the legacy system used to do. The software vendors sales team made claims that the system could do functions which weren’t available with the version we went live with. Retaining the implementation partner post go live has been very valuable to the ongoing support and knowledge transfer to our Systems Administration Team. The success of the project due to the implementation partner and not the software provider.
