Myriad Consulting provided the initial training during our ERP implementation and additional training for new staff joining the teams and before we implemented new functionality. Myriad has also assisted with some small implementations of additional functionality after the initial implementation. This review specifically covers the training aspect of the work Myriad has provided to our organisation. The Myriad staff that have worked with us have been excellent trainers who are very knowledgable about the Unit4 product and have kept up with new functionality as it is released. Myriad has also been very adaptable to working with a global organisation and have moved most of their training courses online to provide us with virtual training across many time zones and have also customised their courses to meet our specific needs.
The questions keep asking about Unit4 rather than the consulting company. Unit4 has completely changed over the last 8 years since we have been dealing with them. Our initial experiences with Unit4 during implementation were very mixed. The consultants were knowledgeable but the implementation process was flawed. In recent years this has changed and Unit4 is much more customer service orientated and are responsive to listening and resolving issues that are brought to them. Unit4 have become much more knowledgable about the needs of the non profit sector and are slowly adding the features that non-profit organisations require in an ERP.
