Ultimate’s Time & Attendance product can be very difficult to tailor to individual environments, so it’s critical that you identify a partner who is very experienced with the impact of certain business rules in non-standard scenarios. The team at Align HCM is very nimble in their thinking and does a great job of diagnosing potential obstacles that would create a bad result.
