Be sure to have your internal requirements vetted and complete. It’s important that your project team is trained and ready to test when you reach that stage. We encountered delays in our timeline as a result of having to revisit what we needed the system to do and how we wanted it to behave. These delays could have been avoided had we been more prepared.
