For Ultimate Software my feedback is that the estimations provided include ONLY configuration for the talent modules. The reality is that the organization implementing has many other items to plan for. But when you engage with the Ultimate Talent team the clock for configuration starts ticking according to their internal KPIs. This was actually something a colleague who implemented had shared and while I tried to stay ahead it still became an issue. This was not true with their CORE implementation team. They were GREAT!
We engaged HRMS Solutions to support the Talent module rollout due to the constraint of capacity on our team and the pace of the Talent consultants. Shadana’s experience, solution oriented approach and flexibility were a huge asset to help us stabilize the work while we continue to transition Core Payroll and benefits to operational support while launching Talent modules. I would rehire HRMS and ask for Shadana in a minute for future projects. The Ultimate team overall was terrific – it was just the Talent module launch team that seemed disjointed.
