This was a reimplementation of the current system as they moved to a different ERP and required to only use it for billing. It required a complete rework of the system to be able to feed into the new ERP and extensive testing and development of a bespoke process and integrations.
The team were supportive and well versed in UBW and its capabilities.

We engaged Network4 before they were a Unit4 partner and have been very happy with their support, expertise and approach. The Unit4 end of the implementation has and continues to be, absolute shambles. As such I would be hesitant to recommend that anyone work with Unit4.

Gary Dugmore was the Network4 Consultant what worked with me at Coventry University. He was knowledgeable and helpful during the implementation and was able to give constructive advice as how to approach the tasks on implementing a timesheet system and producing bespoke reporting and budgeting for research projects.
