      Find the right project support early. Any deviation from this project’s delivery expectations are due to challenges finding knowledgeable, capable consultants who are ready and willing to support the project.       Connors Group has been spectacular, the struggle with the type of optimization project we have is that our Contractor was thrown right in the deep end with very little on-ramp. Despite that, she’s done great and has really been helping us.
