Dayforce support and billable services tend to be more black and white when approaching projects and aren’t as willing to think in the grey areas, the creative work around type resolutions to projects. If you don’t have the experience yourself, you likely will need to partner with other users or consultants to get more creative solutions to your needs.

Vintage Hill Consulting has been a go-to resource for my team and I when it comes to projects we need assistance with in Dayforce. We’ve found they’re much more helpful than Dayforce Professional Services when it comes to timeliness, understanding, and efficiency. We’ve worked with VHC for a few years now and continue to reach out to them for any ad-hoc projects we need extra help with.
