Ask more detailed questions based on our current operations and expectation. Provide ICs that are more knowledgeable with the system as we had a lot of issues with questions not being answered correctly bc the ICs didn’t know the correct answers. IC’s should provide a clear and concise answers that encompasses are aspects of the system. They should be the SME’s not the client. We had numerous issues with not getting full answers to questions asked and had to go through one task several times to get it working. This was very frustrating and frankly annoying.
