Too many missed configuration steps resulted in a number of immediate post GO LIVE issues which a partner (Hennessy Consulting) had to correct. Also a lot of issues occurred with views/AG16 jobs that were not converted from Oracle DB to SQL DB, which was part of the SOW. This caused issues a few weeks/months post GO LIVE and cost NUI Galway significant admin and technical time.
