Millennium was/is an excellent partner, and was absolutely key to the success of our project.
The cost overrun was not due to Millennium in any way, but rather due to scope changes where it was decided to go to V15 instead of V14 and a change in cloud choice. Also, cost overruns were related to additional services requested of Millennium and challenges with our legacy configuration and numerous interfaces.
