The handoff from our UKG Delivery Manager to our Covalence Project Manager was seamless. Daniel did an fantastic job ensuring our project moved along in a timely, efficient manner. Our team felt valued, heard and supported. He was understanding that we were a small group and didn’t always have the time to do all of the trainings assigned to us. We appreciated the flexibility.
It would have been helpful to know that each Module within UKG has a different Project Lead assigned to it and Daniel would not be with us through the implementation of other modules. Additionally, towards the end of our time together, closer to deployment, the Covalence team became slightly less available as they had begun working with other clients.
