I would recommend to ensure the client is communicating at a good cadence with the consultant, have your items prepped and ready to go and be on time with meetings. It helps maximize the time of the meetings and to get the projects to the finish line. Also, you as a client may need to pivot from time to time based off the need of your projects and just to communicate that with transparency to the consultant so everyone’s on the same page.
