We had a highly positive experience working with ACE WFM as our implementation partner for the UKG Time & Attendance solution. They were responsive, detail-oriented, and ran the workshops with great efficiency, which was critical given our tight timeline. The project was delivered on time and resulted in a highly integrated and automated solution, essential for ensuring accurate Overtime payments within our business. A key lesson learned is the importance of clearly communicating business requirements early and trusting the partner’s structured and methodical approach. Thorough planning during the workshops played a major role in the project’s success.
