Speak to as many colleagues in other organizations as possible of the same size to receive feedback on their experience with the systems and which modules are more/less valuable. Also, train train train as it’s the most important aspect of implementing a new software program.

When working with UKG understand that they will only give you a minimum amount of information. You really need a consultant that understands the software and knows what questions to ask. Otherwise you are going to be spending a lot more money to have UKG do something that could have been done the first time.
