The consultants from HRComputes guided our digital transformation taking us from a paper-based scheduling system to a fully automated and integrated system leveraging texting, IVR, and online shift claiming and PTO requests. HRComputes goes beyond implementation and optimization; they guided us through project management, helped us learn how to manage our vendor better, and provided a communications plan, posters, talking points, and quick guide to help us excel at change management. We couldn’t have done it without them.

HRComputes speaks HR, IT, and Finance and their consultants communicate very effectively with Staff and Board members alike. They were crucial to our success to implement a Nursing scheduling tool that we had on the shelf. When you choose the right partner, projects that have been languishing become a homerun!
