Overall, our experience was positive. The implementation of our ben admin system had some constraints because we were building it for a future plan year and there were several scenarios we couldn’t test before the end of the previous year. My only suggestion would be to have the consultant stay on a little longer in these scenarios, even in a reduced capacity, as there are still likely issues that will arise that couldn’t be tested. Working through support has not been a great experience so far, and I’m grateful to have gotten some additional, albeit unplanned, assistance from our original consultant. It saved my team a lot of time and effort.

PM was aware of constraints of large HCM go live in parallel and ensured our schedule didn’t go long and conflict with it. SO appreciated her attention to schedule and hours burn on a weekly basis. She was an excellent communicator and managed the project very well. If we have a choice when we go to to implement Dimensions, I would LOVE to have both Deb and Christine back as a dream team for us!

We started and the. Had to pause the project due to internal operation priorities. When we resumed the project, our partner had new team members who quickly got up to speed and provided excellent project management and technical support.

HyBridge is a top notch and highly skilled consulting firm we used for both our switch to UKG Dimensions and INFOR FSM & GHR. They did have several people turnover during the project but did not lose a beat because of it. Their PMs. SMEs, and Technical people are best in the business. With any project, don’t be super aggressive on the timeline of the project as going to UKG Dimensions with self and advance scheduling. We had too many other projects going on and had to push our schedule UKG Dimensions go-live from the Summer to the following Spring – but that was an organization issue not consultant related.

HyBridge did an excellent job training us. During training, rather than just feeding us all the answers, we were allowed to critically think through and problem solve. This was crucial to “owning” it. All the consultants were extremely positive, encouraging, engaged, and helpful. As the project was closing, it was important to us that we had the tools necessary to take it from there and we were provided everything we needed.
