Our consultant was very experienced in the module we implemented. They were able to help us understand the questions we needed to ask to get the best outcome, and then walked us through the various options. They had a good saying “There are 3 ways to do everything in Workday. Our job is to figure out which one works best for you.” It was very true. My “lesson”…let them “consult”…they are very good at getting to the right solution
