I wish we would have had Providence as our partner when implementing Ceridian Dayforce for our organization. We were referred to them after we had implemented and they have been great with getting our system set up the way it should have been vs. the way our implementation partner during implementation set up our environment and told us it could not be changed. Providence and their employees helped us figure out Ceridian’s potential for our needs. We will continue to use Providence for our needs whenever we can as they have been great with helping us with reporting, benefits and any other needs that have come up. They are easy to work with and are knowledgeable in the Ceridian software and do not promise us anything that cannot be done; they will be upfront if the system cannot handle what we need/want but will help us figure out a solution that works for us if that is the case.
