One of our projects had completed, but after a few months we noticed a new issue. So I reached out to see what/if anything could be done. They offered to look into it right away. What wasn’t discussed was if this was going to have an additional cost to look into it. We received an invoice but when I asked about it they reversed it right away. My concern and lesson learned was to ask/discuss if there would be an additional cost to look into the issue. They resolved it and all is good. Make for great customer service.
