SCOPING ACCURACY:

Slight change in team
What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
1) Don’t trust the Ceridian sales people and technical consultants about integrations. We were told that there could be a direct integration with NetSuite for the GL and only found out after the project started, that it was not possible.
2) Make sure that the Ceridian assigned consultants are US based and have a clear understanding of US taxes. Consultants in Mauritius claim to understand taxes and differing tax arrangements, but do not.
3) The Ceridian technical team is less than desirable. The completion of integrations stands at 2-4 months. All communication to them is through the PM and they do not allow for meetings with your technical staff to understand your cloud settings.
