This is our first time going through Open Enrollment with Ceridian Dayforce. Our Benefits plans were not set up by our Dayforce Benefits consultant (from the implementation group) as clean as expected. The DF consultants would show the correct configuration of our Benefits plans in the TEST environment, but then the setup is not correctly transferred over in our PROD environment. Needless to say, there was a lot of back of forth during the implementation period. Jennifer Morrow helped configure our Benefits plans for our Open Enrollment in two weeks and made set up corrections/cleaned up as she went along. Jennifer made herself available for last-minute changes, and I truly appreciate her thoughtful approach.
