In Feb 2023, I succeeded a payroll system (Ceridian DayForce), which had never been updated, validated, and upgraded in the past 15 years. We have been encountering ongoing problems stemming from the erroneous setups here and there. With HRchitect, we were able to clean up many system issues and ongoing issues within a year. As we use the system daily for Payroll, HRM, and reporting, we have to change one part at a time and still have pending matters we would like to accomplish. We also found the quality of Ceridian customer service varies and they lack the speed most of the time. With someone like Mr. Goel totally behind our projects and knows the system/product, our lives have gotten much easier. After all, the system is still all up to who uses it and how we maintain it.
