Reducing the number of prototyping sprints and increasing the time dedicated to the UATs that represent real training on the job and the opportunity to fine-tune the final POC. Having a partner with a deeper knowledge of the Recruiting system and a better approach to managing the complexity of the client’s processes, playing a more proactive role.
