What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
Any lessons learned on my end are primarily related to the Dayforce Performance Module itself. While Dayforce as a whole offers many strong features, the Performance Module falls short—especially when compared to similar tools offered by other vendors. That said, our consulting partner was an absolute asset, helping us navigate the system’s limitations and make the most of the functionality that was available. Thanks to their expertise and guidance, we were able to implement effective workarounds and optimize what the platform could offer. While the software didn’t fully meet my expectations in this area, our consultant made a significant difference in the outcome.
