What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
We had a very short timeline to implement an HRIS system due to a divestiture late in the year. We contracted with Dayforce for their system because it was the system we were using prior to the divestiture and felt that would be the most seamless tool to set up. Due to the timing, Dayforce wasn’t able to support the set up of our new instance directly, so they recommended a sub partner. That partner was very difficult to work with and the costs were almost double or more what they had committed to. That sub eventually brought in Seequelle to assist, and Seequelle was fantastic.
The team at Seequelle is easy to work with and lives up to their commitments. They’ve been wonderful to work with and we they partner with us until things are right and we are completely satisfied. We’ve continued to work with Seequelle for all of our “phase 2” work because they are wonderful to work with and we will continue to partner with them going forward.
